FESTIVAL RULES & POLICIES

IMPORTANT INFO

• CCJ is a rain or shine event.

• Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.

• Adult & Kid friendly festival – children over 5 must purchase and have a wristband. Children 5 and under are admitted free without a wristband but must be accompanied by an adult.

• You may leave the festival site and return with your Official CCJ Wristband.

• Line-up is subject to change without notice.

• No pets permitted – service animals only.

• All wristband holders are subject to search upon entry.

✅ TICKET POLICY All tickets are electronically sent to the e-mail provided. Tickets can be found under your Customer Account on CCJ’s website. MUST show ticket on phone for entry into the event.
✅ YOU MAY BRING phone, sunscreen, approved bags (see additional details below), small blankets, chairs

✅ LEAVE IN YOUR CAR OR AT HOME fireworks, explosives of any kind, weapons, bladder style backpacks, bota bags, or other bags which do not meet our approved bag requirements (see additional details below), firearms or weapons of any kind, drugs, drug paraphernalia, outside alcohol, food and drinks including water bottles, kites, coolers, umbrellas, metal or wood flag poles, audio recording devices, professional video or photography equipment, tents, framed backpacks, laser pointers, pets and animals

✅ BAG POLICY CCJ has A bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)

• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.

• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs that are not see-through, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

✅ AGE RESTRICTIONS Adult festival. Kids are welcome but must have a ticket. Children 5 and under are admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult.

✅ DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY You must be 21 to drink and you must possess a valid ID to purchase alcohol. CCJ is a zero tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

✅ NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY When you enter the CCJ event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CCJ and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar CCJ events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities CCJ. You release CCJ, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by CCJ or the person or entity designated to do so by CCJ. When you enter CCJ, you have consented, waiver of liability.
